As a member of the Knights of Columbus, you and your family enjoy many benefits, including 12 free issues annually of the Columbia magazine, the world’s largest Catholic family magazine, eligibility to join the Knights of Columbus’s top-ranked life insurance program, and many more family and personal benefits.
How to Join
Membership in the Knights of Columbus is open to practicing Catholic men in union with the Holy See, who are at least 18 years old. A practicing Catholic is one who lives up to the Commandments of God and the precepts of the Church. Application blanks are available from any member of the Knights of Columbus.

If you live in the Rockford area and qualify to become a Knight, you can either contact one of the Knights listed below or you can fill out the following form and a member of Council 470 will contact you.
Entry of information below is performed on a voluntary basis and will only be used by the Knights of Columbus to follow up with you on what is needed to complete the official application (Form 100) required for an applicant to be considered for membership.
